There must be online complaint system in the lokpal bill so that we can complaint against any Public Servant, so that maximum privacy and speedy debate and resolution can be there.

I wish all the best to the well wishers of our beloved nation INDIA, in drafting the much awaited lokpal bill.
The onus of forming the best bill for the nation does not only depend upon the 5member committee but also on the "Aam Admi".
When a nation like HongKong can bring fullstop to corruption why can't India- Land of best brains on planet Earth.

what about funding/? The judiciary also is stifled because of the paltry amounts apportioned to it.
The Panchati Raj Act was hijacked by the Goa State govt. by starving it of funds for many years.
The RTI Commission Officers were also starved of funds by the Govt.

Maximum time limit should be fixed for all civil and criminal cases in Jan Lokpal Bill. Delay in Justice encourages the defaulters to repeat their crimes.

If no such statement is received by the Head of that public authority from any such public servant within the time specified in sub-section (1), the Head of that public authority shall direct the concerned public servant to do so immediately. If within next one month, the public servant concerned does not submit such statement, the Head shall stop the salary and allowances of that public servant till he submits such statement.
Suggestion:
The Head shall stop the salary and allowances of that public servant till he submits such statement.Salary to stop from 1st July.If one month time is given without any penalty, then the last day will be 31st july and not 30th june.Public servant knows in advance that he is require to submit the statement by 30th june.

A Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA) and Panchayat authority such as sarpanch etc have not been included in the defination of a "PUBLIC SERVANT". Please make this addition so that we can weed out corruption at a grass root level.. All the best in your endeavour for a beautiful india.
