The Government is always an interested party in giving the nation a STRONG FOOLPROOF Jan Lokpal Bill. In any transaction/contract/tender/law in the commercial world the interested party is kept outside to weaken their influence on the transaction/contract/tender/law. Here also the Government would not ever allow to make a strong lokpal bill, because that would be to their utmost disadvantage. Please this time DO NOT EVER listen to the Government and let people of India should make a strongest bill as possible.

Norms and applicable tax rates for assessment of building and property taxes shall be published in public domain via websites and other public media applicable for each village/ town/ corporation area. The public must be empowered to carry out self assessment of property and building taxes payable. Such payments shall be facilitated through bank payments rather than cash payments.

All registrar offices shall publish fair market value of properties ( land, houses, apartments etc) for purpose of registration of transactions. All real estate transaction along with the registered value shall be published on public domain on a quarterly basis via the website and other public media. This shall be audited periodically independently by internal and external parties.

i think that whether u include PM in the lokpal or not but members of parliament must be included...They are very large in number and most of them are indulged in corruption...and there is no question to leave judges...i have seen so many judges having enormous amount of property...A judge who is getting about 80,000 rs per annum can't purchase a BMW 5 series car..and Judges are getting this much of salary after sixth pay comission so no one can be rich in 3-4 years...judges and MP's are to be and have to be included in the lokpal..that's a voice of a youth citizen of india.
