Dear Mr. Annaji,
The nation is proud of you. Reformers like you are very much required at this juncture of time as the nation passes through a very critical phase full of corruption and black money. The concept of the Lokpal Bill that has been started by your good self will definitely work as a successful weapon to fight these social evils and make the common Indians feel comfortable in their day to day life of living.
Annaji, I am a teacher by profession in a public school of Delhi and I am also a president of an educational and welfare society. I know it very well that corruption is going on in almost all the public schools of our country. Proper salary is not paid to the teachers despite of the fact that students pay a hefty amount of tuition fee to the school management every month. Only record is maintained and the educational departments are taken into confidence. It is known to almost every principal, education officers, DDEs etc. of public schools that when salary is paid to the teachers, a portion of it is taken back by the school management in the form of cash or self paid cheques which is not shown in any record and the owners of the school enjoy a gigantic aristocracy as the innocent teachers do not raise their voice against them fearing that they would be ousted from their services by the school management. In this way schools are earning a lot of money every month and teachers are suffering a lot.
In the lokpal bill it should be included that when an employee raises his/her voice against the head of an institution like a school management etc. his /her job should be secured and the school should be derecognised if this type of exploitation practice continues. If this type of cases reach the court then there should be a provision that it should be heard seriously and the culprits should be punished immediately so that the process of teaching and learning should not be treated as business and the educated masses should not be treated in this rough way.
Salary, Provident fund and other benefits should be given to almost all teachers as per rule and if any department diverts from the path then there should be some website through which complain can be lodged and proper investigations can be carried out to find the truth within a very short period of time. At present most of the owners of public schools of Delhi cheat their teachers and other staff and earn huge profit for their own.
There is a need to reform our judicial system as well. Daughter of the DMK party chief kanimozhi's case was filed and heard in the High court of Delhi in the second week of May and the next date was fixed to be in the last week of the same month. But I as an ordinary citizen filed a case in the Honourable High Court against my low paid salary and my next date of hearing jumped ahead to a date after around eight months. Why it is not heard within a very short time and why it is made too late? Who gains from out of it? Why rich, aristocratic and politically linked people are given advantage by the court?
Kindly find some solution and save the teaching community and others from being exploited. Let God bless you with a sound health every time and give you energy to fight with all evils confidently.
With regards
K C Dash

wanted to inquireif there is any limitation on the number of complaints being filled against a corrupt or the number of investigation ,given the fact that the same person was prosecuted by the lokpal body earlier also.
And should such people who in actual are corrput but due to some reason get away from lokpal also can file there appeal of non equality.

Is army covered under lok-pal bill. I wish to know this as recently, I have come across a case of corruption by an army head near the pimpri region of Pune in Maharashtra. The person in-charge there was looking for corrupt perks from the a medical supplier to military medical store to pass his contract payment. And when a case was filed against him and police went to the military area, he said police cannot enter a military zone without military approval and he captured the police officials themselves.
Thus, I believe, if Military officials are not already included in this Bill then they should be.
Secondly, how do we curb the corruption in private schools and college that is prevalent during admissions. One of the reason for such management quota donation seats is the prevalent reservation quota system. Great Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar ji had put a clause for reservation of economically and socially backward classes for only a certain period of years which I believe was about 10-20years. However, our corrupt politicians extended that clause and have now almost made it a virtue for the sake of their vote banks. Now, people get fake caste certificates by chipping the money and those who may be from so called socially upper class but may be economically challenged will not be able to get the best of education even when they would be talented. So, I request you to try and address this RESERVATION ISSUE too in this bill, to ensure that we give a strong foundation to develop a 100% merit based society where only those who are actually in need of upliftment can avail the aide. I have certain ideas wrt to how we can change the current reservation system to a more socially beneficial and practical system. And I willing to discuss the same if someone helps to take this cause.
Thanks & Regards.

corruption has also nailed down the indian banking industry... due to corruption, not even customers are facing problems in nationalized banks, but the junior level officers are being forced to take wrong decisions in lending appraisals. please try to include the ways, which can check growing corruption in banking industry.

Hello,
I have another thing to say, can we have something in this LOKPAL bill to improve our voting system.
As this system is really third class, Sorry to say this but the reality is this.
Any corrupt, criminal, illiterate can fill form and apply for election. I think a point can be added where anyone found guilty in any case should immediately be suspended or removed from his/her current position and he/she will not be able to fight any kind of election. Or eligibility criteria need to be revise if can be for fighting election through this LOKPAL bill.
I have another point to make, to make awareness amongst people or to force them to cast their vote.
Like voting result can be nullified if total votes are less than 50%. To include option of "None of these" in the voting option. To cancel the nationality or ask for written explanation from a person if he/she does not vote 2 times in a row.
Best regards,
Dheeraj

Hello,
I have seen cases where Police refuse to register FIR for cases. What is they refuse to register a FIR?
Can we come up with a system of online FIR where an FIR can be registered and FIR number will be allotted to the complainer?
Or a Automatic Voice Response FIR register system where anyone can call and register and in 24 Hours somebody from the authority has to respond to the issue like we do have systems for complains daily appliances.
Or any other system like that just to make sure every case get registered and we get to the law and order situation statistics right on paper, which I feel is 100% wrong as more than 50% of the cases does not get registered.
Best Regards,
Dheeraj

firstly agar desh humara hai and its a democracy . jo janta chahti hai wahi hona chahiye jo hum chahte hain . so there shuld be a law or procedure that if there is a bill like lokpal or reservation for womens in parliament there should be a voting through out the india. then jo indians decide karein wo hona chahiye. peoples choice true democracy. what say ??????
secondly what ever govt. is doing is wrong then why cant we end it. we have chosen it we should have right to end it and bring new one . this will not only frighten govt but also strengthen peoples rights .
thirdly just now i have overed with my competitives i got 214 marks but a sc/st gt 109 marks and he got seat and i didnt .. just wanna know that was fare ?dont you think reservation should be reduced or abolished ????
fourthly aap keh rahe hain ke humein ek nayi authority banani chahiye lokpal and new courts kholne chahiye . this would need a lot of new buildings new staff and a lot more extra expenditure by govt . wont this put extra bhoj on our pockets . ????? humein kuch purani faltu authorities band nahi krni chahiye . yahan coconut badam har cheez ki alag authority hai ??? i read an article in india today there are about 147 non functional and faltu ministries which have done nothing in last 10 years except wasting our money .. think about this .
fifthly punjab mei ya delhi mein agar koi ladai hoti hai to humesha ameer paise de ke choot jaate hain . unki pehchan hoti hai upar tak de have power chahe galti unki kyun na ho.. why is that ... do something for that..

I think we should make a law which punishes the person taking bribe in any form including sexual favors. The law should be like this that all the movable and immovable property of the criminal will be auctioned publically and the money earned from that auction shall be deposited with country development fund.Person who facilitates to arrest the criminal either by sting operation or other means like making a movie from mobile, should be rewarded at least 25 % of the auctioned money. TV channels and the general public should be encouraged to collect proofs against the corrupt.Court should be directed to take decision in 4 to 6 weeks once they are given the substantial evidence in the form of video recording.
You are doing the excellent Job !!
Keep it up

Most us hv in one way or the other been part of corruption. There should be some sort of amenesty scheme for a limited period of say 30 days for corrupt officials or politicians to declair their unaccounted missdeeds or properties with 60 or 70 % tax with amaximum Cap on income. So that if anybody wants to honest from now onwards can be a part of the movement.
There should be some kind of ID cards like PAN cards for people who take a wow to become part of this movement so that if he goes to any place where bribe is demanded he can show that he can not take or give bribe, I hv some more creative ideas also that can be used, Please let me know if I can be of any help
