All the meeting of lokpal drafting committee should be live telecasted.
if the proceeding of parliament can be live telecasted then what is the objection for live telecast of meetings of lokpal drafting committee as the matter is directly related with the public.
If some member as any objection in this matter he should be brought under law through a fast track court.

Hello,
i just want to say that checking of the upper officials and govt. comunities should be done by some other committee especially made for all these checkings against corruption because there own people while checking can be biased in punishing there own people.

thanks!!!

What i feel is that there should be number of panels as lower court ,high court ,supreme court, to take care of different level of cases so that time required for decision making proses will be less and the particular case laible to apply in only one panel .so that the panels decision will be the final decision.

i saw your section about person who is not eligible for Lokpal so i want to suggest 2 things here.
1)about age limit which you decided 40 years i think young people should allow
2)Any politician should not allow to be a Lokapal.

Thanks

Great initiative. Hats of to Anna Saheb for such a great thought. Its been a wakeup call for all the youngsters of our nation to come up and join the hands of Anna saheb. I Mr.Jigar Patel working as a software professional at Ahmedabad like to add one more points regarding education fraud and corruption. Education is no more good field other than a business.I came to realise this when I was fighting for my 4 years son admission here at Ahmedabad. All the major well famous school bodies which claims the transparencies and truth are actually very much fraud and money oriented schools. I have faced the corruption in admission lists .But all those claims and promises has been vanished when I tried my son admission for Jr. Kg class for the academic 2011. School took my son interview and other test. And then they used to filter the students on the basis of child interaction during interviews. All those filter students were undergo lottery system. School management is claiming that the lottery system is very keen and transparent. But to tell you the bitter side of the truth, the lottery or draw system is absolutely fake. Even the lottery system is not conducted in front of parents. This is not with only one schools but every schools are involve in such corruption. Schools are conducting close room interaction with child. 2 years, 3 years child should not be under such pressure. There must be common mandate and regulations by the goverment which must be imposed to all the national level school." Some schools are rejecting the students just because the child is 2 days elder than the desired creteria ". Some schools rejected just because your child is not 15 KG in weight. Some rejected because parents not working in public sectors :.. This is rediculous. I have faced those kind of problems, and not only me all the parents. Parents are forced to stand in a queue to take the admission form, and you cant believe parents were standing in a queue for full night to take a silly form. Schools are doing business by selling the admission form for Rs.500-1200 which actually cost them for Rs.1 only. They also take compulsory donation as per their wish. Please find the attached evidences of admission list where two of twin students (children of the same parent) has been updated. Those special students were updated after two days of publication of result online. Kindly publish this for the common cause. I Have seen the last night Anna hazare live on LIVE TV and have some rays of hope with you.

MY SUGGESTION FOR THIS SECTION 13(2) is as under
AS PER DRAFT BILL
13. Powers in case of non-compliance of orders: (1) Each order of the Lokpal shall clearly specify the
names of the officials who are required to execute that order, the manner in which it should be
executed and the time period within which that order should be complied with.
(2) If the order is not complied with within the time or in the manner directed, the Lokpal may decide to
impose a fine on the officials responsible for the non-compliance of its orders.
MY SUGGESTION
(2) IF THE ORDER IS NOT COMPLIED WITH WITHIN THE TIME OR IN THE MANNER DIRECTED THE LOKPAL MAY DECIDE TO IMPOSE A FINE ON THE OFFICIALS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NON COMPLIANCE OF ITS ORDERS AND ENSURE THE COMPLIANCE OF THE ORDERS ALREADY ISSUED BY ALTERNATE WAY.

I am very proud feel to writing my suggestion to revolutionary organization like Lokpal Bill. I am sure our Lokpal will make India 100% corruption free country. but if in future any one from Lokpal Bill will corrupt then our dreams will start to crack from that situation. And this is only one reason to break continuity of India towards free from corrupted country and that is the corrupted person inside in organization. so, i just have one solution for keep Lokpal Bill members away from corruption.
1. Make one more Organization or Group that only working on the movements of Lokpal Bill members. and if these group will be govern by foreigners or from India. it's all depends on selection by person with higher authority from Lokpal bill.
2. Be careful, duty of hiring person will changing in period wise on suspecting members.
3. And if possible then all information's and management will manage by Mr. Anna Hazare or Mr. Arvind Kejriwal only.
4. if it possible the please give contract to a foreigners investigate agents. because they are less corrupted then us.
and this will really works.
If Lokpal Bill will show any interest on my thoughts then please contact me once i will sure gives my best to my country to become corruption free.

If anti-corruption agencies CBI, CVC and departmental vigilance are kept separate then each one of them will keep working on the same case on their own and their investigations do not match and there is clash between them. Also each of them work on the same case on their own which takes double the effort and money reqiured. So if they are merged into Lokpal they will work together saving the effort and money required and also avoid clashes.
During the investigations the accused (officials or ministers or any one else) try to threaten or bribe the
whistleblowers and the complainants, and also try to destroy evidence and hamper the investigation and turn it
in their favour. So if during the investigaton Lokpal begin to find evidence substantiating the allegation, Lokpal
and Lokayukta should have the powers to get the accused dismissed or suspended so that they can effectively
investigate further. The accused persons can threaten or bribe the whistleblowers and the complainants even while they are dismissed or suspended so Lokpal should also protect the whistleblowers and the complainants and keep a watch on them.
Hence Lokpal and Lokayukta can work effectively and people can trust them.
