Two important points need to be included in janlokpal bill when opportunity comes
1.The lokpal should submit his an annual report of working for presenting the same on the table of the Parliament
and at the time discussion make himself available in parliament for various clarifications.
2.He can also be requested to present himself before cabinet meeting when discussions relevant to the Lokpal institution takes place.
3.A co-ordinating ministry has to be named as a linkage between Govt and the Lokapl.

Hello All ,
Basically these politicians does not want any sort of monitoring on them.
And this is the basic reason why they want paralise Lokpal bill.
Secondly I want to take this opportunity to make a suggestion that
Please inform any of the team Anna member to meet Dr. A.P.J.Abdul Kalam and officially
tell him this Jan Lokpal Bill in detail.
This will definitely boost the support .
Regards,
Yogesh

It seems that the Higher Judiciary should be made accountable through a separate, Independent functioning, strong enough "Judiciary Accountability Bill"; rather that looping it with Janlokpal. Probably that will insure the essence of Democracy to remain intact, as far as functioning of Higher Judiciary is concerned. I may stand corrected if enough reason is in favor of otherwise.

PM and Judiciary should be under the ambit of Lokpal however the procedure for making complaints against these constitutional authorities should be restrictive. Moreover persons/authorities complaining against these constitutional offices like PM, CJI should also not go scot free in case of frivolous and malafide complaints. I suggest
a. For PM, permission of Lok Sabha Speaker and the President
For CJI permission of the President should be sought
I feel there should be permission sought for every constitutional authority like CVC, CJI, Chief Election
Commissioners, Chief of Staffs, etc
b. Also in case the complaint is found frivolous or having no merit or with malafide intention against the public
servant, the initiator should be punished too. Initiator should be liable for payment of all the expenses incurred
by Lokpal in performing its functions in reference to the complaint. e.g it should charge the initator with the Cost
(Salaries, Travel ) incurred by Lokpal authorities in disposing off the complaint
c. In case of failure by the initiator to pay, he should be jailed and/or his future earnings should be used to settle
off the costs with the interest for the period
